Pablo and Peter are fantastic! My white rug was stained under dining room table with food spills and edges were stained from foot traffic. But not anymore! It’s super clean and white again. My white faux fur hassock is completely clean! Our grandchildren like sitting and eating snacks on it but now you’d never know. Professional cleaners and professional office staff. I highly recommend Pro Carpet Care & Cleaning Svcs! Customer service is outstanding. Communication is clear and timely. Pablo & Pete arrived at the house looking professional, wearing shoe covers when they entered the house - they did a great job on the carpet and sofa. They recommended an enzyme treatment for the sofa which we took advantage of. If you have pets or even if you don’t, I would look no further -give them a call. You won’t be disappointed! I had a fantastic experience with Pro Carpet Care!
I had “protected” my upholstered dining chairs from my crazy kitten with a stick-on felt-like fabric. When I pulled it off, the seating area was sticky. I tried a few things myself - zero effect. So I called Pro Carpet Care - and honestly had little hope.
They listened well, assessed, and went to work. They even came back twice to get the job done. The chairs are completely restored! Highly recommend their services!

I had pro carpet come in to address an engineered floor and stair runners that were a bit beat up from the prior owners. They were very easy to schedule and very honest and realistic with assessing the floor in-person - a week before the job. Very transparent pricing. They did a deep clean and the floor and stairs look amazing! 100% worth it, especially for new home buyers. Great and friendly customer service too!

Absolutely amazing!!! I installed hardwood floors myself and a film of residue was left behind and I tried everything to get it out. After suffering for days I called Pro Carpet Care and Pablo came by and explained everything to me. He was confident he could help me. They came in a week later and cleaned 2000 sq ft of engineered wood flooring. The results are amazing. I was concerned my floors would never look like the factory finish it originally had. A lot of trades come in promising a lot and don't deliver but Pro carpet care with Pablo and his team did deliver!!!

Pablo and his team did a wonderful job on our rugs, living room furniture and kitchen chairs. We desperately needed a full cleaning and have some fibers that needed extra care and expertise. The team is certified in all organic fibers and lifted stains that we imagined could only be rectified with a new upholstery or slip cover. The team was very kind and efficient. I requested an appointment late Wednesday night and they were able to come Friday morning. The booking process was so easy and I received the name and picture of the gentleman coming. Pablo and his crew were right on time and he walked through and explained what they would be doing, as well as answering my questions. Everything was handled with the utmost care. My carpeting, which I had assumed was somewhat beyond help, looks and smells new (it’s at least 10 years old) and my sectional looks brand new. Pablo and the guys are miracle workers and did such an amazing job. Looking forward to being on a schedule with results like this.

I spilled black coffee on my beige bedroom carpet and made the situation a lot worse with my attempts to clean it. Not only did Pro Care come the same day I called, but Pablo got the stain out beautifully and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend their professional services.

The gentlemen who came to my home were fabulous. They were so professional and courteous. The first thing they did was put covering over their shoes out of respect for our home-even though they were cleaning the carpets! They reviewed the work to be done with me and told me how long it would take. They were right on target and did a beautiful job. I have had the carpets cleaned in the past but no one has ever done this good a job. I recommend them very highly.

Outstanding experience! From estimates to completion of the job, it was frictionless and they did a great job. We had some old urine spots from our pups and when they showed us with the UV light we were blown away.
We have been shampooing our rugs and cleaning using enzyme cleaners and nothing really gets the smell out.
We’ll now the house is finally back to smelling fresh and clean without any wierd lingering odors.

OMG!!!! The transformation of my floors are amazing! I never thought they would ever look like new again. I thought I hated the tile because of the dirt that acquired through the years. I have had multiple companies come in for a quote and say the only way to restore the tile is to regrout. Pablo came in and provided the most common sense advice which was to clean the tile. It’s not cracked why would you regrout? I was still uncertain about his advice but his confidence that he displayed made me choose his company. He was certain he could restore my tile. I must say, DID HE! I am floored at the work. The tile looks new. The price was so damn affordable. I still can not believe how nice it looks. Thank you Pablo and ProClean. You were professional, honest, and provide amazing work. Do not hesitate, call this company. Thank you again! This was money well spent.

Very impressed with the work done by Pablo and Alberto of Pro Carpet Care. They came on time, were very courteous, and did an amazing job cleaning our sofas, which look as good as new. These guys are wonderful--we experienced our first basement flood just days before Christmas and the fallout was emotional and time consuming. Their scheduling contact (Elise, I think?) was compassionate and patient in walking me through our options and got us on their schedule immediately. Pablo and his team were there the next day and were knowledgeable, professional, and overall did an excellent and thorough job in getting us back in shape. There was a decent price discrepancy between our initial conversations and the onsite estimate but that was understandable given the scope of the job once Pablo saw the damage. He came back multiple times, first to check how it was drying, then again when he decided to do a full second cleaning to be safe, and finally a couple weeks later to touch up some areas. They are experts in what they do and perfectionists in the best way possible! Highly recommend this group for restoration after water damage but I also look forward to using them for whatever life throws at us next.

The Pro Care team cleaned a carpeted staircase and bedroom—removing many deep stains. They also steam cleaned two chairs and a sofa. Everything looks wonderful. I will definitely call them again!

I'm not sure what I can say to express my gratitude for such a great job on my wall to wall carpet and sofa cleaning. From the first call to after the job was complete, my experience was beyond what I could have hoped for. Folks did not think the carpet was salvageable but they came in person to confirm they could clean them to my satisfaction. Sure enough, they did it! It truly was a minor miracle but they were able to get the off white carpet clean. They were hard working, professional and very attentive. I cannot recommend them more strongly. You will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend Pro Carpet Care & Cleaning services! Wonderful service - fast, easy appointment scheduling with online estimates and communication. The men arrived on time, were extremely neat, friendly and respectful of our home. Offered excellent advice on pet stains (2 dogs!) and completed the job in a timely manner with excellent results - 4 bedrooms, 2 sets of stairs, an area rug, large family room. We were long overdue having this work done. They were reasonably priced and terrific professionals. I have now booked them to refresh our wood floors!

On Christmas, we had a pipe burst inside our home and had extreme water damage to our family room carpet + couch. We called on the 26th and Alice was SO nice and very helpful. She understood the urgency, sympathized with our situation and was able to get us on the schedule ASAP the same day.
Pablo was amazing from the start - so professional and upfront stated there’s not much he could do but get blowers to dry the rug out and spray it with anti bacterial to stop molding from happening. He let us keep the blowers all day/overnight to get the rug dry and it already turned out better. He didn’t charge us for the blowers - all he charged us for was the bacterial products which was great.
George helped Pablo with the couch and it turned out impeccable. He got all the water stains off the couch and cleaned it top to bottom. They took their time with the couch, diligently sprayed the rug and the situation turned out great.
Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I was very impressed with Pablo my service tech. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Pablo and his team performed excellent work and I am very happy with the service provided. They also let me borrow an air blower to speed up the drying process in my basement which I considered above and beyond. I will definitely continue to use them for my carpet cleaning needs.

I called on a Friday afternoon regarding a coffee stain on my rug, spoke with Pablo who made a point to fit me into his busy schedule Saturday morning. I didn’t know what to expect, but he was amazing! They use organic products which I loved and didn’t know about, he explained everything he was doing, very professional & nice. Within a short time the stain was gone! I was so impressed I called my mother who needed her rugs cleaned and he actually followed me to her house right after my job to give her an estimate. Within a short time we hired him to clean all of my mothers rugs and clean the grout in her bathroom. My mother as well as me were so impressed with his professionalism and sincere kindness in working with us. Do no look any further! I recommend this company to anyone!! You will be extremely happy with the quality of the job they do! I highly recommend them!
